My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this lodge during our honeymoon. The service was exceptional, particularly thanks to Felipe, who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The lodge's location offered stunning views and a charming atmosphere, but the breakfast options could use some improvement. Overall, we felt this was a fantastic getaway, though the internet connectivity had issues that detracted slightly from our experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location is stunning, nestled in the breathtaking Andes, providing tranquility and beautiful views. The staff, especially Daniella and Sergio, were incredibly helpful. However, the amenities in the room were not entirely functional, and the dining options did not meet our preferences. Also, the logistics for transportation were frustrating, which added some stress to our trip.

Rooms
7.0
While our room was comfortable and had a nice kitchen, the washer was broken, and we had issues with the dryer. Still, it was good to have that space.

The staff was genuinely eager to assist us and went out of their way to help, particularly with our transportation issues.
Location

The hotel is located in a secure, serene neighborhood within the mountains, offering stunning views of the golf course and surrounding nature.
Dining

We found the hotel restaurant had quality food, but the menu selections didn't cater to our tastes. However, the nearby clubhouse restaurant on the golf course was a delightful surprise.
Facilities

Facilities were okay overall, but some maintenance issues were apparent. The common areas, like the bar, added to the charm, with nice views.

I had a wonderful time at Arelauquen Lodge, which offers stunning views and comfortable accommodations in a remote setting. The room was cozy with impressive mountain scenery, but the dining options were somewhat average. Be prepared for a bit of a drive to get to anywhere else, but the hotel itself is a peaceful retreat amidst beautiful landscapes. While the internet had its issues, the overall experience was still quite enjoyable for a getaway.

Rooms
8.0
The room was charming and cozy, with big windows providing lovely views of the mountains. It was comfortable for our stay.
Service

The service was efficient, and the staff was friendly. However, there were times when they could have been more attentive.
Location

Tucked away in a beautiful gated community, the location is breathtaking but quite remote. It’s about a 40-minute drive to downtown, which can be a downside.
Dining
6.0
The food at the hotel was average, and while breakfast was included, the options were fairly limited.
Facilities
7.0
I enjoyed the facilities, including the scenic bar and peaceful common areas, though the gym was quite basic.

The Arelauquen Lodge offers a breathtaking location for a getaway, surrounded by stunning mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are charming and cozy, although some maintenance could improve the overall experience. While the dining options had room for improvement, particularly at breakfast, the quality of room service was surprisingly good and reasonably priced. Internet connectivity during my stay was disappointing due to outages, which detracted from an otherwise lovely experience.

Rooms

Our stay was quite disappointing. The hotel seemed rundown with crumbling walls and an understaffed bar and restaurant, making us feel stranded. We did manage to enjoy nice views and a comfortable room, but the overall experience was marred by the lack of effective transportation and support from staff. I wouldn’t consider staying here again, especially with the hassle we encountered getting to town and the airport.

Rooms

The room was comfortable, with appreciated air conditioning, but the kitchenette seemed unnecessary.
Service
5.0
The staff tried to help but were unable to do much in terms of transport assistance.
Location

The hotel is quite far from town, making it difficult to explore and access transportation.
Dining
5.0
The bar and restaurant were clearly understaffed, affecting the dining experience negatively.
Facilities
